About the Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Development Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for building and executing strategic sales plans that deliver growth for our clients in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute ads partnership strategies that meet or exceed quarterly growth goals
  2. Build strong relationships with Director, VP, and C-level marketing executives within partner organizations
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to navigate complex relationships and difficult conversations
  4. Expand adoption of our ads products and clearly communicate their value to clients

The Ideal Candidate

  1. Minimum 5 years' experience in end-to-end Enterprise / Large Customer Digital Advertising Sales
  2. Proven track record of selling ads solutions to large, complex brands or organizations

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience selling into large CPG brands with a focus on digital advertising
  2. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
  3. Creative storytelling ability with data-driven insights
  4. Strong leadership ability and speed
