About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Strategic Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for building and executing ads partnerships with leading Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic partnership plans that deliver on CPG partner needs and drive growth.
- Establish relationships with senior marketing executives and decision-makers within partner organizations.
- Navigate complex relationships and conversations to drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Collaborate across Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery on partner needs.
- Expand adoption of ads products and communicate their value through creative storytelling and data-driven insights.
The Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years' experience in end-to-end Enterprise/Large Customer Digital Advertising Sales.
- Proven track record selling ads solutions to large, complex brands or organizations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling into large CPG brands with a focus on digital advertising.
- Ability to build and implement strategic sales plans that drive success for partners and the business.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Creative storytelling and communication expertise with the ability to use data to influence decision-makers.
- Strong leadership ability and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
