Technical Support Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to provide expert assistance to agents, contractors, and consumers.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Offer general and technical support for Temperzone products in the Australian market.
  • Assist agents with spare parts selection and provide technical service via phone, email, or fax.
  • Liaise with agents, contractors, and consumers to ensure seamless support.
  • Support classification and reuse of returned goods, assist with epidemic failure investigations, and parts recovery.
  • Conduct training sessions on Temperzone products internally and externally.
  • Provide start-up and commissioning assistance, and technical investigations for fault finding.
  • Assist the warranty team with parts or technical inquiries and evaluate service agents.
  • Demonstrate product operations and commissioning processes to installation/service contractors.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in the air conditioning industry.
  • Demonstrable HVAC service, diagnostic, and commissioning experience.
  • High-level knowledge in systems controls and mechanics.
  • Competency in air conditioning system design technicalities.
  • Solid understanding of system controls and customer service focus.
