About the Role

As a Trainer/Assessor, You'll
  • Deliver engaging, high-quality training in Air-Conditioning, Refrigeration, and/or Appliance Services
  • Guide apprentices as they build confidence and hands-on skills
  • Build strong relationships with students and employers to drive learning outcomes
  • Enjoy autonomy and flexibility to shape your workload and make your mark

What You'll Bring
  • A trade qualification in Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration
  • Refrigerant Handling License and Restricted Electrical License
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40122) – or be open to earning it
  • Up-to-date industry experience
  • Strong communication, time management, and mentoring skills
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and passion for helping others succeed
