Sales Representative Opportunity

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales results. You will play a key role in ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable about all products offered.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent sales service and working collaboratively with colleagues
- Deliver sales, outstanding customer experience, and operational expectations
- Maintain personal and productivity goals to achieve business objectives
- Connect with every customer by asking open-ended questions to assess needs and provide tailored solutions
- Develop expertise on products and trends to enhance the customer's shopping experience
- 0-3 years of retail experience, preferably in a sales-related role
- Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic with a passion for interacting with customers and athletic products
- Self-motivated with ability to initiate completion of tasks or activities without supervision
- Flexible availability is required, including nights, weekends, and Public holidays
