About the Position

We're seeking a highly organised Operational Excellence Coordinator to join our team at StudentUniverse. In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring the seamless delivery of our services to our members.

Your responsibilities will include developing strategies to enhance member retention and growth, facilitating smooth onboarding and offboarding processes, and resolving inquiries promptly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Network Support: Develop and implement strategies to improve member engagement, ensure compliance with key requirements, and communicate essential information to our network.
  • Operational & Administrative Excellence: Collaborate with internal teams to maintain accurate company documents and records, update agreements and operational handbooks, and oversee communications to the network.
  • Events & Engagement: Assist in planning and executing inductions, network support days, and other key events, and collaborate with preferred suppliers to streamline support processes.
