The Project's Objectives

The core objectives of the project are to optimize operational efficiency, enhance customer experiences, and drive business growth. This will be achieved by presenting first-class customer experiences both in-store and online while allowing the business to leverage its growing pool of data.

The Role

As a Junior Project Manager, you will oversee project planning, execution, and closure, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines. Close collaboration with stakeholders, project teams, and external vendors will be essential for seamless implementation and integration.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • A degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience managing SAP implementations, preferably in large-scale and complex environments.
  • Strong understanding of SAP modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, or Sales & Distribution.
  • Proven track record of delivering other ERP or SAP-related projects on time and within budget.
  • SAP Project Management Certification (e.g., SAP Activate or equivalent) is desirable but not essential.
  • Exceptional project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and risk management.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications are advantageous.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and coordinating with external vendors.
  • Familiarity with change management principles and end-user training.
  • Retail operations experience, with knowledge of the tyre and automotive industries being an advantage.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
