About the Role:

Main Responsibilities:
- Team Facilitation: Facilitate team ceremonies, including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and other meetings as required.
- High-Performance Environment: Foster an environment that encourages productivity and effectiveness, enabling team members to reach their full potential.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Owners to facilitate the delivery of prioritized initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Operational Planning: Develop plans that include identifying necessary work, allocating resources, scheduling activities, and budget planning.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or a related field.
- Proven track record of working in fast-paced environments, adapting quickly to changing circumstances.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and principles.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial services industry, with expertise in securities and investments.
