Job Title: Senior Operations Lead

The role of Senior Operations Lead is a critical position in any organization, requiring exceptional leadership skills to drive team performance and deliver strategic objectives.

About the Role:

  • This key leadership position is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of projects, and fostering a high-performance work environment.
  • You will be accountable for facilitating team meetings, promoting collaboration among team members, and coordinating initiatives across teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Team Facilitation: Facilitate team ceremonies, including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and other meetings as required.
  2. High-Performance Environment: Foster an environment that encourages productivity and effectiveness, enabling team members to reach their full potential.
  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Owners to facilitate the delivery of prioritized initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  4. Operational Planning: Develop plans that include identifying necessary work, allocating resources, scheduling activities, and budget planning.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of working in fast-paced environments, adapting quickly to changing circumstances.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and principles.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial services industry, with expertise in securities and investments.
