Senior Kitchen Manager

This position is responsible for leading kitchen operations to deliver high-quality, nutritious meals that meet the dietary needs and preferences of residents in a care facility.
Key responsibilities include planning and developing seasonal menus, leading daily kitchen operations, engaging with residents, ordering and managing stock, overseeing food safety and hygiene practices, coordinating and supervising kitchen staff, and monitoring food costs.
What You'll Bring- Certificate III or Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery
- Current and acceptable Police Certificate
- Ability to work collaboratively with the team and engage positively with residents
- Compassion and Empathy
- Unlimited valid working rights in Australia
- Hospitality experience in an Aged Care setting or fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
