Project Lead Opportunity

This senior engineering position involves overseeing construction activities, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, environmental, and financial requirements.

  • Lead a small team of engineers to deliver projects according to strict standards
  • Monitor project progress and performance against plans and contracts
  • Manage contractor communications, claims, variations, and extensions of time effectively
  • Maintain adherence to contract specifications, approvals, and legislative requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and problem resolution
Key Responsibilities:
  • Degree qualification in engineering or related field
  • Proven experience as a Project Engineer in large infrastructure projects, preferably in transport or road construction
  • Competence in project planning and scheduling software (Microsoft Project, Primavera P6)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
