Are you a passionate head chef with strong leadership skills and a genuine care for supporting older Australians through nutritious, comforting meals?We're looking for a hands-on Chef Managerto lead our hospitality team in abrand-new, architecturally designed 68-bed aged care residencein the stunning coastal town ofPort Macquariein this Permanent Full-Time role.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead and inspire a team of Cooks, Kitchen Hands, and Food Service Assistants
  • Prepare high-quality meals and snacks tailored to residents' needs and preferences
  • Maintain top-tier hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen
  • Build meaningful relationships with residents and families, gathering feedback to continuously improve our menu
  • Manage stock and ordering within budget
  • Live our values ofWarm, Bold and Honest
What We're Looking For
  • A qualified Chef withCertificate III in Commercial Cookery
  • Proven experience inmanaging kitchen operations, ideally in aged care or similar settings
  • Strong understanding ofspecial dietary requirements and modified meals
  • A genuine passion for creating a warm, welcoming dining experience
  • Willingness to obtain an NDIS Clearance Check
  • Fully vaccinated for 2025 Influenza and COVID-19 (2 doses)
