Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced kiosk manager to lead our ocean pool experience. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who possess strong leadership skills, customer service expertise, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example, providing hands-on guidance and oversight to direct employees, ensuring they are trained in all kiosk processes, standards, and expectations.
  • Communicate position expectations and monitor employee performance, including coaching, counselling, and disciplining under the guidance of the management team.
  • Maintain consistent quality of service standards, analyze and resolve quality and customer service problems, identify trends, and recommend system improvements.
  • Develop and implement effective menu strategies that align with business goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in hospitality or management of kiosk/ Café operations.
  • Demonstrated communication, teamwork, public relations, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work weekends and public holidays as part of a 365-day operation.
  • Capacity to use initiative, work independently in a timely and effective manner.
