The Role

Job Summary

This is a casual Customer Service Representative position, located at a popular holiday park. The purpose of the role is to carry out customer service duties within the park and provide excellent customer experience every time.

About You

We are looking for an experienced Administration or front office reception professional who has used a booking/reservations system in the past. Our new Customer Service Representative will be able to:

  • Manage their time effectively to meet priorities.
  • Learn quickly, use initiative, and adapt to changing work environments.
  • Solve problems with accuracy and efficiency to meet customer needs.
  • Demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Communicate with customers to an excellent standard.
Key Responsibilities

A Customer Service Representative's key responsibilities include:

  1. Providing exceptional customer service including liaising with guests face to face; via telephone and internet for bookings, enquiries, and complaints.
  2. Undertaking general office duties, banking, and cleaning of office/kiosk.
  3. Preparing correspondence, record keeping of all mail and carrying out filing in accordance with procedures.
  4. Assisting the Park Manager and Supervisors with the opening and closing of office and kiosk/store.
  5. Receiving and dispensing of monies via computerised point of sale register.
  6. Assisting Supervisor with stock take and invoicing for kiosk, store, cabin, office, and cleaning equipment and chemicals.
  7. Assisting and directing visitors within the park and as they enter the park.
