Employment Services Leadership Opportunity

We seek a visionary leader to oversee the delivery of employment services, driving innovation and excellence in support of individuals with mental health conditions.

This senior role offers a unique chance to build a high-performing team, develop strong employer relationships, and shape service outcomes through evidence-based practice.

  • Lead a team of employment consultants, modelling best practice through the IPS Model.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive service quality, engagement, and sustainability.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with employers to create inclusive employment opportunities.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support participants' holistic needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth through strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and talent development.
  • Oversee operational performance, ensuring effective service delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and report on service outcomes, using data and feedback to inform decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification (Certificate III or higher).
  • Minimum two years' experience in employment services, with leadership or lived experience highly regarded.
  • Strong local employer relationships and business development skills.
