As our Disability Employment Service (DES) program continues to exceed its

Coach) to join our team. This position will be based at our Southport office.

About The Role
As a Career Coach you'll embark on a journey that goes beyond simply
providing tailored job creation services for individuals with disabilities
- you'll
be sharing lives. Your role involves empowering people to uncover their
potential, provide for their families, and contribute to a building more
inclusive community.

**Your daily responsibilities will include**:

- Initiating reverse marketing efforts to connect job seekers with

businesses, resulting in sustainable employment outcomes.
- Developing and implementing impactful marketing and employer

engagement strategies.
- Motivating and engaging jobseekers in suitable employment activities.
- Maintaining accurate case notes and records while completing

required documentation.
- Establishing positive relationship with key stakeholders, including

schools parent groups, employers and community service providers.
- Navigating the Gold Coast by travelling across various sites.

About You

**We're looking for someone who embodies the following**:

- Proven experience in cold calling ,telemarketing and business

development.
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service.
- Advanced communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Effective problem
- solving abilities.
- Competent IT skills and experience with mainstream software

packages
- Strong organisational and administrative skills to meet compliance

requirements
- Previous experience in youth sector or Transition To Work (TTW) program

is desirable
Essential Position Requirements
- Be eligible to work in Australia.
- Possess a current Open "C" Class Driver's License.
- Undergo a National Police Check.
- Provide proof of Covid-19 Vaccination certificate.
- Maintain a current Working with Children Blue Card and a Disability

Services Yellow Card.
