Product Coordinator Job

We are seeking a skilled Product Coordinator to assist in the sampling approval process, including fittings and approvals. This is an exciting opportunity to develop expertise, gain hands-on experience, and make a real impact in a fast-paced, creative environment.

About the Role
  • Assist in the product development lifecycle, including sampling and approval processes
  • Liaise daily with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products
  • Brief new ranges to suppliers for development and implementation
  • Maintain effective relationships and regular communication with suppliers to ensure smooth product launches
  • Research colour and trend direction to inform product decisions
  • Manage and track sample process, production schedules, and freight timelines to ensure efficient product delivery
  • Create and maintain product CADs and range books to support product development and planning
  • Support the product team with administrative needs, including data entry and reporting
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a Product Coordinator or related role is preferred
  • Qualification in Fashion and Textile is advantageous
  • Proactive, motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • High level of productivity and efficiency
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Collaborative team member who can work effectively with cross-functional teams
