ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic individual to join our Cotton On Menswear Team as a Product Developer Assistant in our Graphics category. You will act as the key link between the buyer and the supplier, responsible for communicating accurate information clearly to internal and external stakeholders and ensuring production is completed on time. Your main responsibilities include style production, managing production and shipping schedules, approving lab dips, trims, strike-offs, and bulk fabrics, garment measurements and fittings, sample coordination, and technical drawings. If you are passionate about developing ethical products that make a difference, this could be your new role.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Graduate degree or qualification in a relevant field, such as Fashion, Textiles, or Production
  • Basic knowledge of product specifications, garment construction, measurement, fabric, and fiber knowledge
  • Understanding of Cut and Sew construction and fabrication is highly regarded
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Illustrator
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines
