Chief Visionary Officer for Strategic Growth

This role requires a seasoned strategist to lead the development of high-impact proposals for clients in Germany. As Chief Visionary Officer, you will spearhead the creation and implementation of innovative strategies that drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans that meet or exceed client expectations;
  • Build and lead a local team, fostering collaboration with global teams;
  • Coordinate sales and marketing activities to drive business results;
  • Establish strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions;
  • Proactively identify new opportunities within key accounts;
  • Maintain open communication with stakeholders throughout campaign execution;
  • Ensure seamless delivery of campaigns through exceptional project management skills.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing strategy, with a proven track record of success;
  • Strong connections with media, creative agencies, and advertisers;
  • Previous experience working with brands, in media networks or agency sales teams is essential;
  • Evidence of successful strategic advertising presentations;
  • Exceptional writing, speaking, and presenting skills;
  • Extensive network of C-level contacts within client industries;
  • Deep understanding of the digital landscape, including programmatic, social, search, native, influencer marketing, etc.
