**Alternative to Custody Case Manager Role in Central Australia**
\The Drug and Alcohol Services Australia (DASA) is a non-profit organisation focused on rehabilitating people struggling with alcohol and drug misuse or dependency in Central Australia. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Case Manager to join our Alternative to Custody (ATC) Program in Alice Springs, NT.
\As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering trauma-informed, culturally safe residential support to clients. You will also develop and facilitate community-based programs for relapse prevention, harm reduction, and well-being. Your responsibilities will include contributing to the formulation and review of resident plans, building supportive relationships with clients and their families, ensuring the comfort and dignity of residents, performing assessments and intakes as required, participating in the development of new program content, and maintaining accurate case notes and documentation.
\To qualify, you will ideally hold a Certificate IV in Community Services (Alcohol and Other Drugs), or a related qualification. You will also need to demonstrate experience working in case management and have skills and knowledge in AOD or therapeutic community settings. You should have exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse clients and stakeholders in a non-judgmental and culturally appropriate manner. You should also have strong organisational, time management, and documentation skills, and a sound understanding of the TC model.
\Benefits of this role include an attractive salary circa $101,784 to $108,468 (commensurate with experience) PLUS super, and some other great benefits.
