Podiatrist Position Overview

The position of Podiatrist is a key role in our multidisciplinary team, providing culturally safe care to clients in Central Australia.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality podiatry services including diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of foot conditions.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to clients.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, families, and communities.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to podiatry services.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Podiatry and registration with AHPRA.
  • Experience in managing high-risk foot conditions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Understanding of the wider allied health workforce and complexities of service delivery to remote Aboriginal communities.
  • Ability to travel to and work in remote locations up to a week at a time.
