This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with our residents to develop and implement individualized lifestyle plans that support their personal interests, abilities, and goals.

A compassionate and patient approach will help create a warm and welcoming environment where residents feel valued and cared for.

  • Develop and implement personalized lifestyle programs tailored to the needs and preferences of residents.
  • Provide assistance with activities of daily living, including personal care, mobility, and social engagement.
  • Encourage and support residents to participate in recreational and leisure activities.
  • Monitor and document residents' progress, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.
  • Collaborate with the broader care team to provide holistic support to residents.
Necessary Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

An NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance ID.

The following essential requirements include:

  • A Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or equivalent qualification or a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Health Science or Community Services.
  • Experience in aged care or disability support is highly desirable.
