About This Role
As a Claims Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team that delivers accurate and timely claims processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day work of your team to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, as well as departmental processes and procedures.
- Instill a culture of delivering consistent, professional, and proactive customer service.
- Ensure financial prudence and effective management by identifying trends, designing, and implementing programs to mitigate loss or leakage to claims and business impact.
- Review and analyse customer satisfaction results, voice of the customer, and Quality Assurance metrics to design, deliver, coach, and recommend improvements.

You should have prior experience leading or supervising a Claims team, an eye for best practice, and continuous improvement.
