Reservoir Engineering Leader

The successful candidate will lead our corporate reservoir and petroleum engineering function, delivering technical expertise and leadership to drive business outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the development of reservoir models and conducting pressure transient analysis (PTA)
- Delivering reservoir engineering input for development planning, asset characterisation, and performance analysis
- Building and maintaining type wells, production forecasts, and BI data-driven insights
Required skills and qualifications:
- Professional accreditation as CPEng, RPEQ; QPRRE (desirable)
- Proven leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary technical teams
- Exceptional technical communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize high impact decisions
