Reservoir Engineering Leadership Position

We are seeking a skilled reservoir engineer to lead our corporate reservoir and petroleum engineering function. This role involves delivering high-quality technical work, guiding and mentoring others, and contributing to drilling, production, and infrastructure investment planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining type wells, production forecasts, and reservoir models
  • Conducting pressure transient analysis (PTA) and other diagnostic studies
  • Managing the annual reserves process and preparing technical reports
  • Leading technical assurance discussions both internally and externally

Requirements:

  • A qualified engineer with more than 10 years of direct reservoir engineering experience, primarily in CSG
  • Extensive experience working CSG assets, deep understanding of reservoir behaviour, coal properties, and production performance
  • Achieving results under pressure and prioritizing high-impact decisions
  • Collaborative leadership style with coaching and mentoring capabilities
