Marketing Manager - Campaigns and Content Strategy

About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our agile team, responsible for leading and contributing to campaigns of all sizes. The successful candidate will work closely with internal and agency stakeholders to plan, deliver and manage content and creative production.

  • Develop and implement multi-channel advertising campaigns across various markets or services.

The ideal candidate has experience delivering multi-channel advertising campaigns in-house or within an agency, with a sharp eye for detail and a mindset geared towards improvement. You're confident coordinating end-to-end campaigns, comfortable writing briefs, shaping messaging, reviewing media schedules, crafting copy and working with creatives on concepts and production.

You'll also have a sound understanding of brand management, content development and the value of strong stakeholder relationships. Solid knowledge of both traditional and digital communication platforms is essential.

Additionally, you'll need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Planning and delivering end-to-end marketing or advertising campaigns.
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to write for various formats, audiences and channels.
  • Sound understanding of brand management, content development and the value of strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Solid knowledge of both traditional and digital communication platforms.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment, with excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in planning and delivering end-to-end marketing or advertising campaigns.
  • Relevant degree with subsequent experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience.
