Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to work on a comprehensive range of energy projects, including managing electrical assets, supervising works, and performing the role of a Quality Technician.

This position involves leading and mentoring a team of Technicians and Apprentices, undertaking design, commissioning, maintenance, and small project works while maintaining detailed records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage electrical assets, including PV, BESS, EV charging systems.
  • Lead and supervise all electrical works within relevant safety compliance requirements.
  • Perform the role of a Quality Technician.
  • Lead and mentor the team of Technicians and Apprentices.
  • Undertake design, commissioning, and preventative maintenance of assets.
  • Small project works.
  • Detailed record keeping.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Electrical trade qualification.
  • Extensive trade experience (5+ years), with a focus on control systems.
  • Previous experience with the design and installation of solar systems.
  • Strong leadership credentials with the ability to grow and lead a team.
  • Solar industry experience.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional regard for customer service.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transport.
