About this role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead critical civil works on a major infrastructure project. This is a high-profile opportunity to manage and deliver projects that align with our strategic objectives.

This key role will require you to develop and implement project plans, oversee work allocation, team performance, and technical direction. You will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with project and client standards, as well as championing a strong safety culture.

  • Safety Management: Champion a strong safety culture by driving HSEQ compliance across all project activities in line with management plans.
  • Project Delivery & Team Leadership: Manage and guide project teams to deliver effective, timely, and cost-efficient outcomes. Oversee work allocation, team performance, and technical direction.
  • Quality, Risk & Contract Management: Ensure compliance with quality systems, including ITPs, lot closures, and NCRs. Identify and manage project risks and contribute to contract administration including claims and variations.
  • Program & Productivity Optimisation: Develop and manage project programs and site productivity. Challenge activities for improvement and drive efficiencies against tender estimates.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure contractual, commercial, and quality obligations are met.
