Civil Infrastructure Project Lead

A seasoned engineering professional is required to lead complex civil infrastructure projects from conception to delivery. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of earthworks, drainage systems, and granular pavement construction.
About the Role- Safety Leadership: Foster a robust safety culture by ensuring compliance with HSEQ standards across all project activities. Develop and implement management plans to mitigate risks and ensure a safe working environment.
- Project Management: Oversee project teams to deliver timely, cost-effective, and high-quality outcomes. Manage work allocation, team performance, and technical direction to achieve project goals.
- Quality Control & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to quality systems, including ITPs, lot closures, and NCRs. Identify and manage project risks, and contribute to contract administration including claims and variations.
- Productivity Optimization: Develop and implement project programs and site productivity strategies. Challenge activities for improvement and drive efficiencies against tender estimates.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with clients, monitor subcontractor performance, and manage procurement to ensure contractual, commercial, and quality obligations are met.
