Job Overview:

This role offers a unique opportunity to work on complex, high-value matters across various sectors. As an Associate in our Technology team, your work will span both public and private sector clients and cover areas including telecommunications, digital infrastructure, data and AI, cyber, outsourcing and procurement, corporate/tech, and media.

  • Telecommunications & Digital Infrastructure: commercial and regulatory matters, tower and fibre transactions, and M&A
  • Data & AI: governance, commercialisation, compliance uplift programs, regulator engagement, and investment deals
  • Cyber: incident response, enforcement investigations, cyber simulations, and ongoing advisory work
  • Outsourcing & Procurement: major IT and business process arrangements
  • Corporate/Tech: carve-outs, business separations, systems integrations
  • Startups & Innovation: advisory work through all growth stages, including capital raises
  • Media & Entertainment: broadcasting rights, regulatory advice, and digital platform inquiries

About You:

We seek a lawyer with:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in TMT matters, ideally gained in a top-tier firm environment
  • A strong interest in privacy, data protection, AI, and cyber regulation
  • Proven experience in drafting and negotiating IT/telecommunications contracts
  • A commercial mindset and the ability to advise confidently on tech-related risk and opportunity
  • An appetite for collaboration and innovation in a national team
