Your Impact:

This role requires leading the delivery of high-quality campaigns that meet or exceed annual performance objectives.

A successful candidate will possess most of the following qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee project implementation and ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery.
  • Build relationships with journalists and other key stakeholders across various sectors.
  • Develop strategic and tactical client programs in conjunction with supervisors.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN KEY RELATIONSHIPS WITH MEDIA/OPINION LEADERS AND OTHER RELEVANT THIRD PARTIES.
  • Demonstrate event management capabilities.
  • Evaluate publicity strategies against campaign and/or retainer KPIs. Troubleshoot with the team if issues arise.
  • Write persuasively and review/edit a range of appropriate styles - pitches, briefing materials, releases, research, features, case studies, newsletters, website copy, mini-proposals, etc.
  • Oversee influencer programs to ensure on-brief and on-budget delivery.
  • Assist supervisors in briefing other areas of the business, including strategy, creative, and producers.
  • Manage post-campaign analysis, including timely delivery to clients.
Client Service:
  • Possess a deep understanding of client businesses, objectives, competitors, industry sectors, and issues.
  • Develop a strong advisory relationship with clients at multiple levels, positioning the company as a strategic partner.
  • Manage day-to-day client liaison, ensuring deadlines are met, clients are informed of project status, and leading client meetings.
  • Provide consistent, quality service to clients - on time and on budget - and take pride in outputs.
  • Generate new proactive ideas and opportunities by maintaining an in-depth interest/knowledge of current affairs.
