Director of Global Supply Chain Operations

The Vice President, Manufacturing Operations will play a pivotal role in leading the transition from a clinical-stage organization to an effective commercial manufacturing organization. This position requires strategic leadership and collaboration with internal teams such as quality, regulatory, commercial, and finance, as well as external contract service providers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up the end-to-end supply chain to meet global commercial product demand while focusing on continuous process improvement. They will lead and develop a best-in-class manufacturing and supply chain team that can work collaboratively across functions to enable commercial launch of our lead product into global markets.
This is a key position that requires strong technical, operational, regulatory, strategic, and quality expertise, along with a proven track record of leading late-stage programs in innovative biotech or pharmaceutical organizations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences required, with 15+ years of relevant experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Advanced degree in Life Sciences or Engineering preferred.
- 5+ years of senior-level line management experience leading other leaders required.
- Proven track record of creating business results.
