About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our supply chain operations, ensuring seamless delivery of products to customers worldwide.

This role requires strong leadership and analytical skills, with the ability to manage inventory, procurement, logistics, and fulfillment activities effectively.

  • Inventory Management:
    • Manage inventory levels to achieve optimal stock availability while minimizing expired or obsolete stock.
    • Ensure accurate inventory records across physical locations and QAD system.
    • Lead planning and inventory team members in achieving business objectives.
    • Conduct regular inventory verifications and reconciliations.
  • Order Fulfillment:
    • Maintain high customer service levels by delivering products on time, every time.
    • Oversee customer service team performance and ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with 3PL and transport providers to optimize distribution and freight options.
  • General Supply Chain:
    • Establish clear goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and quality objectives for the supply chain function.
    • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
    • Execute quality-related inventory actions, including holds and recalls, as necessary.
  • Financial:
    • Manage financial resources effectively, identifying opportunities to reduce costs and improve profitability.
    • Implement cost-saving initiatives to drive business growth.
  • People Management:
    • Lead and develop a high-performing team of customer service and supply chain professionals.
    • Set clear roles, responsibilities, and expectations for team members.
    • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
  • Qualifications:
    • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in supply chain management.
    • Healthcare industry experience is preferred but not required.
    • Strong proficiency in global supply chains, purchasing, freight forwarding, and distribution.
    • Excellent leadership and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
    • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with QAD or similar systems.
