About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled Sr. Quality Assurance Specialist to join our dynamic team and lead quality assurance efforts in software development.

You will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing the implementation of comprehensive quality assurance strategies that ensure the delivery of high-quality software products meeting business requirements.

Your expertise in manual testing, user acceptance testing, and defect management will be instrumental in ensuring seamless product releases and maintaining the highest standards of quality.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate quality assurance activities including manual testing, UAT, and defect management
  • Develop and execute detailed test cases across critical business scenarios
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure test coverage reflects real-world use
  • Manage and track defects using Jira and TestRail
  • Perform regression testing to safeguard system stability after releases
  • Drive continuous improvement by promoting QA best practices and manual testing standards

Requirements
  • 5+ years' QA experience with a strong focus on manual testing and UAT coordination
  • Proven ability to manage UAT cycles and align testing with business objectives
  • Skilled in test case development, defect management, and using tools such as Jira and TestRail
  • Excellent communication skills, able to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
