Health, Safety and Wellbeing Manager

This is a key leadership role that drives the development and implementation of our workplace Health, Safety, and Wellbeing strategy. The successful candidate will lead teams across Australia to deliver a strong focus on compliance, mental health, and continuous improvement.
Main Responsibilities:- Developing and implementing a comprehensive Health, Safety, and Wellbeing strategy with a continuous improvement focus
- Embedding aligned legislative frameworks into our Health, Safety, and Wellbeing strategy to proactively manage psychosocial risks, support legal compliance, and drive industry best practice
- Directing the rollout of a compliant Health, Safety Management System
- Supporting teams in the ongoing development, implementation, and management of innovative Health, Safety programs
- A diploma or higher qualification in WHS/OHS, or extensive experience in WHS roles
- Strong knowledge of WHS legislation, codes of practice, and psychosocial hazard management
The ideal candidate will bring a thoughtful and practical approach to workplace Health, Safety, and Wellbeing, with the ability to influence at all levels and support a growing, diverse workforce.
