Senior Career Transition Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team at Rehab Management. The successful candidate will have a tertiary degree in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology and be registered with AHPRA or ESSA.
The role involves supporting clients with care and compassion, conducting meaningful assessments and guiding them through life-changing career transitions. You will also collaborate with a wide circle of stakeholders, including health professionals, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders, to co-create solutions that make a real difference.
In this role, you will identify barriers and design tailored Return to Work (RTW) plans that focus on recovery, resilience, and reintegration. You will also visit workplaces to understand the real challenges and advocate for safer, healthier, and more inclusive environments.

What You'll Be Doing- Supporting clients with care and compassion, conducting meaningful assessments and guiding them through life-changing career transitions.
- Collaborating with a wide circle of stakeholders, including health professionals, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders, to co-create solutions that make a real difference.
- Identifying barriers and designing tailored RTW plans that focus on recovery, resilience, and reintegration.
- Visiting workplaces to understand the real challenges and advocate for safer, healthier, and more inclusive environments.
