Job Title: Senior Rehabilitation Consultant

Description:

  • This is a senior role that requires experience in rehabilitation consulting, with a focus on supporting injured individuals as they return to work.
  • As a Rehab Consultant, you will be the trusted guide supporting clients with care and compassion, conducting meaningful assessments and guiding them through life-changing career transitions.
  • You will also collaborate with a wide circle—building relationships with health professionals, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders to co-create solutions that make a real difference.
  • Identify barriers and design tailored Return to Work (RTW) plans that focus on recovery, resilience, and reintegration.
  • Visit workplaces to understand the real challenges and advocate for safer, healthier, and more inclusive environments.

About You:

  • You hold a tertiary degree in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Exercise Physio, and you're registered with AHPRA or ESSA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting clients with care and compassion, conducting meaningful assessments and guiding them through life-changing career transitions.
