Our organisation is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Social Worker to join its Child Protection and Children in Need Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting individuals and families to improve their well-being and safety by assessing needs, developing care plans, and coordinating services.">

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals and families to improve their well-being and safety
  • Assess needs, develop care plans, and coordinate services
  • Manage cases from initial referral through to the first court hearing and potential removal via an Interim Care Order (ICO)
  • Carry out statutory duties, including assessments, interventions, and safeguarding actions
