This is an exciting opportunity to take your career to the next level as an Advanced Support Worker.

As a skilled and experienced support worker, you will be supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism who have complex needs. You will need to be able to think outside the box, adapt to different support styles, be a team player and be passionate about caring and supporting others.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 in Social Care and strong experience in mental health, autism and sensory communication, and physical health. If you do not have a qualification, you will need to have experience in social care.

You will know how to connect with people and be passionate about supporting people to live independently. You will also be a brilliant mentor and share your skills and experiences with your colleagues.

We offer a range of specialist training, including Positive Behaviour Support methods, Makaton and the Picture Exchange System. We are committed to helping our employees develop their careers and provide ongoing professional development opportunities.
