About this Role

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality technical support services to our clients. This role involves providing expert-level technical assistance, troubleshooting, and maintenance of complex technology systems.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our clients' technology infrastructure is running smoothly and efficiently. You will need to have excellent problem-solving skills, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced technical support services to clients, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of complex technology systems.
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, often working under tight deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their technical needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements, applying this knowledge to improve our service offerings.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in technical support, preferably in a similar industry or field.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of ITIL principles and practices.
