About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and student-focused Senior Lecturer to join our Higher Education and Partnerships Business Area at Chisholm Institute of TAFE.

As a Senior Lecturer, you will be responsible for planning and delivering education activities and delivery sessions in Business and associated disciplines. You will also develop and deliver teaching sessions in a variety of innovative and adaptive ways, using technology to engage learners and meet diverse needs and learning styles.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing teaching and learning resources, including tailored materials in a range of formats to suit varying learning styles
  • Creating and maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment that meets the needs of diverse learner cohorts
  • Maintaining a respectful and safe environment free from discrimination, bullying, and harassment

Qualifications required for the role include a PhD in a relevant discipline, registration with relevant professional bodies, and a record of professional currency demonstrating current industry and teaching knowledge.
