Senior Lecturer in Nursing

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lecturer in Nursing to join our team at La Trobe University. As a key member of our School of Nursing and Midwifery, you will play a critical role in elevating Nursing education through innovative teaching and research.
Key Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with industry partners to support the clinical supervision of nurse practitioner students.
- Design and deliver innovative curriculum that reflects best practice nationally and internationally, utilising various methodologies including online and blended learning.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to others in subject or course level curriculum design and development and delivery of teaching.
- Contribute to building a culture that values excellence in teaching within La Trobe.
- Completed an endorsed nurse practitioner master's degree and recognised significant experience in the discipline area.
- Hold current endorsement as a Nurse Practitioner with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
- Current or recent participation in clinical practice as a nurse practitioner.
- Demonstrated effectiveness in teaching, curriculum development and subject coordination in face-to-face, blended and/or online modes.
