Expert Medical Equipment Technician

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to perform scheduled maintenance on sterilizers, washer disinfectors, and hospital infection control equipment.
This role involves performing routine maintenance tasks, assisting with installation and commissioning of new systems, diagnosing faults, and carrying out corrective maintenance.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing spare parts inventory, providing top-tier customer service and technical support, and responding to emergency service calls.
Key Responsibilities- Perform scheduled maintenance on medical equipment.
- Assist with installation and commissioning of new systems.
- Detect and repair faults in medical devices.
- Provide emergency services as needed.
- Manage spare parts inventory.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and technical support.
- New South Wales A Grade Electrical License or current New South Wales Restricted Electrical License.
- A minimum of two years' experience in fault diagnosis and repair.
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A valid driver's license.
- Willingsness to undergo Police Check and Working with Children Check.
