Medical Equipment Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled Medical Equipment Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our medical equipment.
Job Description:The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical or technical services, with experience in performing repairs, servicing, and diagnostics on medical equipment. You will be required to carry out scheduled service visits, assess equipment, and complete pre-installation assessments.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on medical equipment
- Conduct site assessments and provide recommendations for improvement
- Deliver comprehensive training to customers and internal teams
- Maintain accurate records of service history and part usage
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Diploma or Certificate III in a relevant field (e.g. mechanical, electrical, or biomedical engineering)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related role
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
- Australian driver's license
