Key Responsibilities:- Manage supplies, IT, and general maintenance across three chiropractic clinics
- Provide support to the Clinic Operations Coordinator and Director of Clinics in the Department of Chiropractic
- Assist in the management of reception and patient information for each clinic
- Provide mentoring in reception to students on placement
To be successful in this role, you will have experience working in a clinical reception, standardizing procedures, and training others on receptionist duties. You will also have experience with customer service and scheduling patients for appointments with clinicians.
What We OfferIn return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary package of $74,062 - $79,823 per annum (HEW 4), plus 17% employer's superannuation and annual leave loading. This is a part-time position, working 4 days per week, with a continuing appointment.
