Job Title: Customer Service Expert
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cashier/Client Service Representative.
In this role, you will be the face of our bank, providing exceptional service to our customers. You will be responsible for handling customer transactions, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
