This is a permanent, part-time position located in Horsham. The roster is 39 hours per fortnight, 3 days per week. The roster details are: Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday 08:45am to 04:15pm.

What you'll do in this dynamic role is help customers achieve their banking goals, assist with transactions, educate them about online platforms, and recommend products and services that fit their needs. You'll be the face of the branch, delivering service with risk considerations at the forefront and supporting customers with digital literacy as we continue to innovate.

Responsibilities
  • Explore customers' needs through in-depth conversations to help them achieve their financial goals and partner with different specialists within the branch.
  • Support customers with digital literacy and online banking needs as we innovate our offerings.
  • Be the face of the branch and customer service, handling transactions, cash, queries, and paperwork while maintaining risk awareness.
  • Engage in ongoing learning with on-the-job training and external development opportunities.
  • Build connections by supporting customers, giving back to communities, and enjoying a positive team culture.
What you'll bring to the role
  • Experience in a customer service environment with the ability to achieve targets.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure secure, accurate transactions with a risk mindset.
  • Confidence communicating with customers face to face and over the phone.
  • Eagerness to understand and communicate what makes Bendigo Bank different.
  • Drive for collaboration and a team-focused mindset.
  • Experience in the banking and finance industry is a plus but not essential.
