We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with customers, understand their needs and provide them with excellent service. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Interact with customers through face-to-face conversations, phone calls and written correspondence.
- Assist customers with their banking needs, including transactions, account inquiries and product information.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve customer issues and meet business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and banking regulations to provide expert advice to customers.
- Customer service experience, preferably in a financial institution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and meet targets.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software systems.
