Job Title:

Sites Operations Manager

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our corporate office environment, ensuring seamless property services with minimal disruption to clients' business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day facilities operations to ensure continuity and efficiency in site services delivery
  • Lead direct reports in site facilities operations to maintain compliance with industry standards and best practices
  • Develop and manage budgets to deliver financial performance and cost savings targets
  • Oversee the supply chain management process to meet budget and performance requirements
  • Provide expert advice on facility maintenance and asset management to stakeholders
  • Implement scheduled routine tasks and preventative maintenance activities to extend asset lifespan
  • Collaborate with the sustainability team to identify opportunities for sustainable practices and develop case studies
  • Directly responsible for vendor performance management, ensuring timely delivery of services and meeting quality standards

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in facilities management operations in corporate office environments with a focus on occupier needs
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in commercial or industrial real estate, with hands-on facility management
  • Proven background in maintenance, engineering, construction, and property operations
  • Experience with CMMS/Work Order Management systems (desired)

Additional Qualifications:

  • Ability to interpret construction specifications and blueprints
  • Strong understanding of contract language and building documentation
  • Skilled in Building Management Systems monitoring and maintenance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Solid financial management discipline, including budgeting, tracking, and forecasting
  • Familiarity with financial systems such as Yardi (a plus)
