Site Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of land development, bulk earthworks and drainage projects.
Responsibilities- Site Management: Oversee on-site crews in delivering land development, bulk earthworks and drainage projects
- Quality Control: Ensure that projects are delivered to a high standard of quality, meeting all relevant regulations and company policies
- Liaison: Work closely with Project Managers and subcontractors to ensure that projects meet their requirements
- Reporting: Provide regular project updates to senior management
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Safety: Ensure that all work is carried out safely, in accordance with relevant legislation and company policies
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate project records and documentation
- Experience: Proven experience in a similar role within the civil construction industry, with a focus on land development, bulk earthworks and/or drainage
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage on-site crews
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Certifications: HC and Truck license preferred
- Independence: Ability to work independently and make decisions autonomously
- Focus: Strong focus on safety, quality and continuous improvement
