About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Site Manager to join our client's team.In this hands-on leadership position, you will oversee all day-to-day site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery of the project. Reporting directly to the Project Director, you'll lead a site-based team of employees and subcontractors through all phases of construction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the effective and efficient execution of the project onsite
  • Oversee safety, environmental, quality, and industrial relations compliance
  • Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and the broader project team
  • Provide strong leadership and support to all site personnel
  • Develop and manage short- and long-term construction programs
  • Coordinate subcontractors, materials delivery, and site logistics
  • Review project drawings and specifications for accuracy and compliance
About You
  • Proven and stable background in the construction industry
  • Strong experience in site supervision or foreman roles on significant projects
  • Highly organised with excellent time management and prioritisation skills
  • Motivated, enthusiastic, and committed to delivering outstanding results
  • Exceptional communication and leadership capabilities
  • Positive attitude with a passion for the building and construction industry
